What is Filler?
Filler is a term for extra toys and gifts that are sent to the processing centers to help fill up other shoeboxes that might have an item removed that's on the prohibited items list or might need a little extra love to fill them up. Filler items can be sent in regular cardboard boxes labeled as "Filler" and dropped off during National Collection Week at local drop-off sites.

National Collection Week is November 17-24, 2025!
