With the Housing Market hitting new value "highs" every month, we can be lulled into believing that it will simply continue to rise, pricing more and more Buyers out of the market. There is nothing to balance or temper rising values. At the moment, there are very few Foreclosures and other Distressed property hitting the Housing Market due to the 3 Moratorium levels that currently exist (FHA, CDC and State level). This plays into a false narrative that the Housing Market on solid ground and that there will be no issues or price adjustments coming in the future.
