Описание: Found in Ampthill (Bedfordshire), Houghton House is a old 17th Century Manor House. Situated on hill it is a great spot to see the countryside in Bedfordshire. Another name for the ruins is 'House Beautiful' because it was in the book 'Pilgrim Progess', by John Bunyan and even in it's state now we can see why he called it House Beautiful it has a charming character to it that still brings plenty of visitors to gaze at the views.
