Ingredients 材料
Rice Ball/米糕料:
Glutinous rice flour (糯米粉) 130g
Wheat starch(澄粉) 20g
Icing sugar or caster sugar(糖霜或細砂糖) 30g
Whole Milk (全脂牛奶) 100g
Coconut milk (椰漿) 100g
Vegetable Oil (植物油) 15g
Desiccated coconut (椰絲) 25g for coating (撒上糯米糍)
Filling (餡料):
Raw peanut (花生) 50g
White sesame seed (芝麻) 25g
Desiccated coconut (椰絲) 20g
Sugar(砂糖) 35g
Peanut butter 2tsp (花生醬二茶匙) optional (隨意)
