In April 2017, The General Co team travelled halfway around the globe to beautiful Scotland where we visited the homes and studios of various traditional tradesmen and craftsmen.
We got to witness the laborious hours and intricate processes that they have dedicated their lives to perfecting in their craft and trade, honouring the age old traditions which has been passed down for generations.
In this short video series, Behind The Craft, we bring you behind the scenes for an intimate tour of the art that goes into creating some of those familiar goods and pieces we have grown to live with.
A special thanks to The Balevnie Distillery for accomodating us on this tour. All scenes are shot on a Leica SL System on a 50mm lens.
