Until you realize what you ARE choosing you cannot GET or experience something different (healing’s relief)

So, the familiar rehearsals of all who “wrong” you, the resentment of people who don’t even “help” you…like you helped them,

🔥where are these power-drains (“comfort blanket) showing up in the choices you have been making ?

And now, the choices that flushes your body with relief - that makes you feeeeel good, seen, love - and cared for:

🔥Where are those power-growers showing inside your choices?

You are more powerful thank you may have been led to believe

And whether you believe in what neuroscience has finally accepted and proven - all of which us healers have always known:

~Your choices matter
~Your decisions HAVE the power to nourish all parts of your life
~You DO get to decide what shows up in your physical real life (by your subtle choices)

If you want to keep reaching for YOUR relief, pay attention to what you are choosing. For at some point that “comfort blanket” has got to go.
