The process began with a meticulous wash to remove all surface dirt and contaminants. Wheels were cleaned using soft microfiber mitts and specialized brushes, combined with a premium degreaser to eliminate brake dust and grime. While the wheels were being addressed, CarPro IronX was applied to the painted surfaces, safely dissolving embedded iron particles.

Next, the S63 AMG was foamed with pH-neutral soap to lift remaining contaminants. After a careful hand wash, another foam layer and a clay bar treatment ensured every surface was perfectly smooth. The car was then rinsed with controlled water pressure and dried using a powerful air blower to prevent water spots.

With the surface fully prepared, we performed over 12 hours of Xtreme Paint Correction using Rupes polishers and CarPro compounds. This painstaking process restored the paint’s clarity, deep gloss, and ensured the surface was flawless for the new film installation.
