I will be in Brighton for the Marathon this Sunday 2nd April 2023.

I have a pre race rundown for your before i get to the start line. I comment on lots of different topics in todays video.

Pre race fuel, shoe selection, kit, music choice for the marathon, weather forecast, route details and of course my target pace and a whole lot more.
