It’s one of those long cozy sessions made to help you switch off your mind and finally get that deep sleep you’ve been craving. I start with a soft whispered story where I guide you through a rainy forest until you find a warm little cabin waiting for you. Inside, there’s a fireplace, a comfy bed, and the whole atmosphere feels safe, calm, and perfect for drifting away. While I tell the story, I do close-up hand movements, fluffy mic brushing, and gentle camera brushing so you get all those soothing tingles. The first part is in Portuguese, the second part is the same story in English, and then the last section is just rain sounds, brushing, and pure no-talking ASMR to let you relax even more. The whole idea is to help you let go of stress, anxiety, or racing thoughts, and just feel calm enough to sleep or focus on whatever you need. It’s dark, slow, and full of personal attention, so you can keep it playing as long as you want to get into a peaceful mood.
