Case background: Ana Walshe, 39 a mother of three from Cohasset who works in real estate, was on her way to Logan International Airport in Boston for a planned business trip to Washington D.C on January 1st, 2023. She has not been seen since the early morning hours of the first day of 2023, and has had no social media activity, digital footprints or a money trail, according to the police. On January 4th, her company, Tishman Speyer, reported her missing.

In 2018, Brian was charged with fraud after he allegedly sold two fake Andy Warhol paintings. Now he has been arrested for misleading the police.

On Monday, January 9th, he was arraigned at Quincy District Court. Blood and a damaged knife were found in the family home and police have learned that Brian purchased $450 worth of cleaning supplies at Home Depot, including mops, cloth, bucket tops, etc. on January 2nd. Ana's phone pinged near their home on January 1st and 2nd, even though Brian said she had already left for the airport. He has a $500 000 cash bond and entered a not guilty plea.
