To accommodate for increased injection molded case demand for East Coast customers (lowering shipping costs and improving delivery time), Pelican Products in South Deerfield, MA recently installed one of the largest injection molding machines in the northeastern United States. With more than a month of travel time from its Munich, Germany birthplace and five more weeks of renovations and plant upgrades, the 314-ton machine expands the facility's capabilities by 15%.
