The full film, 'The Great British Escape' chronicles Aaron Rolph's adventure along the entire length of the UK. From sea kayaking to trail running, Aaron's trip was planned out to be as epic as possible and be the ultimate bikepacking trip, but things took a turn for the worst in Wales...

Looking to truly experience the character of each place he passed through, Aaron was determined to spend some time exploring off the bike too. He managed to fit in these adventures around his daily rides:-
● Kayaking in the Scilly Isles
● Surfing in Newquay
● Downhill mountain biking in Bikepark Wales
● Paddleboarding the length of Windermere (18.1km)
● Camping suspended from a wire bridge in Honister slate mine
● Running the iconic Aonach Eagach ridge in Glencoe
● Skiing Summit gully off Aonach Mòr (1221m) in the Nevis range
● Cycling up and down iconic climb, Bealach na Bà (626m) from sea level
● Climbed and camped on Suilven (731m)
