Procedure:
1.Take two coloured tissue papers and place the them alternatively in the layered form as shown.
2. Cut the papers into two equal halves as shown in the figure.
3. Fold the papers of the length 1.5cm as shown.
4. Cut the edges of the paper as shown.
5. Tie the thread in the centre of the papers as shown.
6. Peel of the layers of the tissues as shown.
7. Now, the tissue Pom Pom is ready.
