Senator Panfilo Lacson has confirmed the authenticity of a leaked Senate Blue Ribbon Committee draft report that recommended the filing of charges against six people including Senators Chiz Escudero, Joel Villanueva, and Jinggoy Estrada.
He says it has yet to be finalized, prompting some senators to withdraw their signatures.
