1/2 cup - hung curd
50-60 gram - Paneer
1/4 cup - gajar
1/4 cup - shimla mirch
1/4 cup - pyaz
2-3 Tbsp- hari dhaniya
2-3 - Hari mirch
1/4 tsp- kaali mirch powder
1/2 tsp- sada namak
1/4 tsp -kala namak
1/2 tsp - sugar (chini) powder
6-8 - bread
2 Tbsp- Maida
Water
Oil- to fry
plastic sheet to roll
