Idli rice 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chilli 3
Salt as per taste
Oil for making Dosai

Asafoetida peanut size
Urad dal 1 tbsp
Bengal gram 1 tbsp
Red chillies 3
Green chillies 2
pumpkin 100gms approximately
curry leaves 1 spring
Tomatoes 2
salt as per taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
For seasoning
