• Le Mono Pivot Central Moustache : un axe surdimensionné placé au centre du vélo qui relie le triangle avant et le bras arrière oscillant. Associé à l’amortisseur Magic Grip Moustache, il permet à la suspension de réagir au moindre impact pour absorber efficacement les irrégularités du terrain.

• Le Triangle Avant : une pièce en aluminium moulé sans soudure, conçue avec une structure interne renforcée pour offrir un cadre ouvert élégant, facile à enjamber et aussi rigide qu’un cadre fermé.

• Le Bras Arrière Oscillant : il intègre le moteur et la transmission vers la roue arrière pour un transfert d’énergie optimal et une traction fluide, même lorsque le vélo est chargé.

Le porte-bagages arrière suspendu permet également de transporter jusqu’à 27 kg de charge, sans compromettre la tenue de route, simplement en ajustant l’amortisseur Magic Grip en mode charge.

At the heart of this platform, three key Moustache innovations work together to deliver ultimate comfort and versatility:

• The Moustache Central Mono Pivot: an oversized axle positioned at the center of the bike, connecting the front triangle and the rear swingarm. Combined with the Moustache Magic Grip shock, it allows the suspension to react instantly to even the smallest bumps and absorb terrain irregularities with precision.

• The Moustache Front Triangle: a seamless cast aluminum structure with internal reinforcements, creating an open frame that is both elegant and easy to step through, while remaining as stiff and precise as a closed frame.

• The Moustache Rear Swingarm: it integrates the motor and drivetrain to the rear wheel, ensuring optimal energy transfer and smooth, constant traction — even when the bike is fully loaded.

The suspended rear rack can carry up to 27 kg of cargo, without affecting the bike’s stability, simply by adjusting the Magic Grip shock to the “load” position.
