Angela Rayner appointed shadow levelling up secretary

Описание: Deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner will take on the role of shadow levelling up, housing and communities secretary, Labour has confirmed.

This means in turn that Lisa Nandy is out of this position - though it remains unclear if she will pick up another brief.

A Labour source said: "Keir is delighted that Angela has accepted this important role, in addition she will continue to be the strategic lead on Labour's new deal for working people."
