Had to take a video of how it performs. Just notice I haven’t taken a video of this ported 80cc, LD80 cylinder. Zmn80 rod. Windowed piston, all port work done by me with a harbor freight dremel LOL. Squish is very low, if I had to guess it would probably be around 2mm, for sure loosing power with a 2+mm squish Pwk 21, 35 pilot with a 105 main jet. Mz65 clone, I recommend if you are not going to do heavy porting for high rpm’s as the pipe isn’t designed for high end power. 10/38 sprockets. Stock timing, stock “cdi” stock magneto/coil. 91 pump gas from Shell, 40:1, using Lucas 4 stroke oil. Yes I said 4 stroke oil, I grabbed it in a rush because my bike was outside is a ghetto ass area. I ordered some real 2 stroke oil so we will see if we gain any power.
