It's high time to tell people bluntly that freedom of speech is not freedom to abuse. Article no 19 don't allow people to abuse anyone. Few people in our society are taking wrong advantage of this power which leads to the question that should freedom of expression have limits? In this video I have shared my opinion on this clearly by giving examples of those people who are just hide their wrong doing behind freedom of Speech. I have made this video with no intention to hurt anyone's sentiments just to make clear what exactly Article no.19 says.
