Ballater & District Pipe Band reform on Ballater Green playing Caber Feidh, during Beating of the Retreat after the 2025 Ballater Highland Games. These were held on Thursday 14th August 2025 and this was after a storm had passed and crowds gathering on Ballater Green for this event.

The band were led by Drum Majors Ian Esson and Fiona Glennie, together with Pipe Major James Cooper, and they then played the tune the Battle of Waterloo.
