I have a vague memories of sitting during the summer at the computer desk in my living room, this song on repeat as I enjoyed my time. So with the heat and the summer starting to fade here in the US, let us all recall our fondest memories with a smile ♥

► Notes: The lyrics of this song are rather cryptic when it comes to clarify the famous w-questions due to the almost complete lack of “watashi/boku” [I/me] and “anata/kimi” [You]. The lyrics work by only using “kore” (this) and “sore” (that), “koko” [here] and “soko” [there] and finally “kono” (this/my) and “sono” (that/your).

Yet, there are nothing but hints about what places or situations the speaker talks about – At least for these uninvolved. The only possibilities given in the lyrics are “memories” or “heart”, but that would make most of the lyrics metaphorical. It could also refer to actual places though, if the speaker moved away or something.
