Описание: I QUIT MY BIG 4 AUDIT JOB... and now I'm bringing you an honest summary of MY experience on the Big 4 audit grad scheme, with the positives AND the negatives. All of the points I mentioned - salary, work life balance, and your experience may differ to mine completely based on 1000000's of factors so bear in mind that nuances can actually end up creating totally different experiences of audit for all of us.

I also want to emphasise that with all of the negative points I mentioned, even a handful of years of experience at the Big 4 equip you with the knowledge and experience of many more years at different firms, and really helps you to stand out in the future. It's what you do with your time there that matters!!
