DRINK RECIPE:
1.5 oz Tequila
3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Peach Puree
1/4 oz Spiced Honey Syrup

Spiced honey
1/2 liter honey
1/2 liter water
2 anise stars
2 table spoons of pepercorn
6-8 branches of thyme
All ingredients in a sauce pan, turn off before it boils, let rest and strain.
