I wanted to do a small something to mark the 10 year milestone since all of this happened. I'm certain that I haven't nailed this one, it's an elegantly and deceptively simple song that holds a big and potentially profound idea.
But taking this moment to listen through and think about it again felt like good medicine, somehow. After such an anxious 2025, my wish for myself, and for all our collective mental and spiritual health for 2026, is for all of us to be more alive in the present. Now not tomorrow. Happy new year x
