So you need a New A.C. compressor| Hyundai Ioniq 2017 Hybrid (Car issue sound)

Описание: Car was actually making this sound for a while, but often its hard to hear in the car with road noise.

The sound sounds like a jet engine about to fly off. The fans work excellent, the air is cold (maybe could be colder but its like 105 here with humidity so).

I read through the warranty and the A.C. compressor is considered part of the hyrbid battery as it needs to run with the engine off so its different from a traditional gas only A.C. A lot of other components are covered under the lifetime or 100k mile hyvrid battery warranty.

Personally I went to Hyundai even though typically I dont trust dealerships, but when dealing with high voltage new technology I would recommend going to a shop that atleast specializes in Hybrids if not the dealer themselves.

especially when its FREE .99
from what I've seen ac compressor replacement isn't cheap. if you can get it for free do it.
