FOLKS - you crazy's with the comments about the smoke need to chill out. Can you read that this was a burn-in??? I was purposely trying to get the heat high...didn't care about the chicken inside.
First light of the smoker for a burn-in to burn off any residue I missed when cleaning, before I built it. I sprayed the inside with canola oil to season it before firing it up.
