Beside some idle chatter, the SketchUp animation that steps through the assembly solution one step (scene) at a time, is imbedded starting at
3:55 into the video.
The Sketchup model is designed for cutting this puzzle by a laser/CNC on 3mm and 6mm MDF/timber... can be exported a an STL file for 3D printing. The model uses "finger joints so if the thickness of the timber is changed (eg. 1/8" and 1/4"), the finger joints would need to be modified accordingly... be easier to dress down the timber.
