At the time we went, the tasting menu composed of 6 services was 79$ and the wine pairing 69$ (CAD).

Menu:
1. Smoked Sturgeon from Montmagny
Boston lettuce, herbs purée, spices from Distillerie KM 12
2. Magdalen Islands scallops
Black garlic lobster broth, celeriac, chicory, bok choy
3. Bison carpaccio
White walnut pesto, fermented carrots, pickled black radish
4. Cricket flour handmade pasta
Egg yolk, aged cheese, fried potato julienne
5. Appalachian red deer
Black garlic parsnip purée, hogweed and red vermouth sauce, kale
6. Candy cap mushroom frozen parfait
Honeyberry crumble, crystallized lichen, fir balm jelly
