On scene video of a barricaded person incident on the 400 block of Radcliffe Street in Bristol Borough.
A police incident involving a man barricaded inside a home on Radcliffe Street was resolved peacefully Tuesday morning. SWAT team from Bensalem and the regional task force responded to assist Bristol Borough Police and called out to the man believed to be armed and in crisis. Around 10:50 AM the man exited the home and surrendered to officers after an hours long standoff.
