Known as the "Patent Death Squad," the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has been detrimental to inventors, small businesses, and startups. The Promoting and Respecting Economically Vital American Innovation Leadership Act (PREVAIL) of 2023 is meant to help reverse the damage that PTAB caused. But will it actually help?
We are honored to have Former Chief Judge Randall Rader, Attorney Matt Dowd, and Jonathan Rogers join us for this important discussion. They all have a great understanding and knowledge of the PTAB. They will explain their thoughts and perspectives on PREVAIL. This discussion will help USI develop an official position on this legislation.
