Years ago, a vision took root in St. Kitts. Today, the trees we planted stand tall, and the boutique terminal we designed for KayanJet has become an enduring Caribbean icon.

Set on a 5-acre site beside Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw International Airport, this 50,000 sq. ft. haven is more resort than terminal, crafted with courtyards, tropical gardens, bespoke details, and lounges where travellers can sip cocktails and enjoy Michelin-starred cuisine before stepping onto their jets. Built to Hurricane Grade 5 standards, it blends resilience with indulgence, making every arrival and departure an experience.

Honoured to see it celebrated among the world’s finest private terminals by Robb Report USA and awarded at the International Property Awards, Caribbean 2024–25.
