Christian asks according to the bible as a follower of Jesus are you able to defend yourself in case of a threat  and Sam Shamoun responds by saying yes and it is not a sin because according to the Bible, Jesus instructed his followers to have swords as self-defense, and even the people such as Romans or converted to Christianity in the Roman army we’re not asked to step down and even Paul when he heard the threat was coming to him he ordered for protection, which shows that the Bible does allow for protection and self-defense
