Описание: Hello Friends! In today's video, we will discuss how to generate E-Invoices in Tally Prime. E-Invoicing is an electronic invoicing system that is created on the GST portal. The purpose of E-Invoicing is to share invoice information in a standardized format with GSTN and the E-Way Bill system. E-Invoicing simplifies tax compliance and helps prevent fake or incorrect invoices.E-Invoicing is an electronic invoicing system governed by GST laws. Under this system, certain notified GST-registered businesses are required to generate E-Invoices for their B2B transactions. These E-Invoices are certified on the GST portal and assigned a unique IRN (Invoice Reference Number) and QR code. E-Invoicing streamlines tax compliance and safeguards against fraudulent or erroneous invoices.The Indian government has implemented E-Invoicing in phases. The first phase started in October 2020, mandating E-Invoicing for businesses with a turnover exceeding 500 crore rupees. Currently, businesses with a turnover of over 100 crore rupees are required to use E-Invoicing. Starting from August 1, 2023, businesses with a turnover exceeding 5 crore rupees will also be required to adopt E-Invoicing.In the E-Invoicing system, you need to upload your invoices to the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP). The IRP validates your invoice and provides you with an IRN and QR code. You must print this IRN and QR code on your invoice and share it with your buyer. Invoice details are shared with GSTN and the E-Way Bill system.
E-Invoicing offers various methods for generating invoices:
Offline tools
Using government-certified/authorized IRP providers like ClearIRP.com
Utilizing services of GST Suvidha Providers
Integration with IRP directly
Integration with sister concern GSTIN through API integration
Using E-Way Bill API credentials
GePP
To generate E-Invoices in Tally Prime, follow these steps:
1. Obtain your GSTIN, E-Invoice User ID, and password from the GST portal.
2. Enable GST features and E-Invoice option in Tally Prime.
3. Enter your GSTIN, User ID, and password in Tally Prime and save.
4. Enable E-Invoice details option and enter buyer's GSTIN, address, PIN code, state code, supply place, and email ID.
5. Enter item details including HSN code, quantity, rate, tax rate, and tax amount.
6. Provide your bank account number and IFSC code.
7. Save your sales voucher.
8. Tally Prime will automatically generate and upload the E-Invoice to the GST portal.
9. You can print your E-Invoice by selecting the print option, and it will contain a unique IRN and QR code for your buyer.
