For the Cake batter:
cake flour 11/2 cup
baking powder 4 grams 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
cocoa powder 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
butter 1/4 cup (57grams)
sugar 3/4 cup
oil 1/4 cup
egg 4 medium 50 grams with shell
vanilla 2 tsp
vinegar 2 tsp
buttermilk 1/2 cup
Cream cheese icing:
cream cheese 2 cups (452 grams)
powder sugar 4 cups
cream 2 tbsp
vanilla 2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
red gel coloring 1/2 tbsp
this icing recipe can frost cake 2 layer 8 inches
baking time 30 to 35 minutes depending on your oven temperature. use a toothpick test
oven temperature: 180°c
