CHECK THIS DESCRIPTION RIGHT HERE FOR A TUTORIAL - It's not fake or modded.
TUTORIAL:
1. Spawn/find a Hydra plane.
2. Turn on 'Cars Fly Away' cheat.
3. Bump the front wheel of the hydra with any car. (Bump slowly, don't ram it)
4. Get in the hydra before it floats away.
5. Your hydra will start flying forward at top speed without you holding any buttons. You can steer/stop the hydra, and send it to hover mode.
6. If you want to fly past the height barrier, just fly up without pushing 'Fly/Stop'.
7. Since you are not actually 'flying' the plane, the game will let you go past the height barrier and beyond. There is no limit to sky height.
