I thought Defoko had just never been at a concert but while I was researching for this I found out she was only at a controversial illegal concert, which I will not be getting into, but if anything that's funnier
Obviously calling Vsinger "Chinese Crypton" is an oversimplification and I was trying to give the impression that Defoko wasn't very familiar with them. They do have some similarities in that they're massively successful Vocaloid companies that market their loids as a group, but the marketing was very different and they've had different struggles and impact on their respective fandoms' culture. While she's not known as well overseas, Luo Tianyi was popular enough to perform at an Olympic Cultural festival if that gives you a reference for how beloved she is.
Moke was actually meant to be the second Chinese vocaloid, but the company president blew his development funds at an adult establishment and caused Yamaha to revoke the rights for their characters which they later had to buy back. His voicebank was given to Yanhe instead. This was obviously a big controversy and resulted in Moke being sidelined for 6 years. There is definitely a lot of favoritism in the group and currently Moke has the least followers of any of them, but he's still gotten a lot of love from the fandom and has been included in some pretty cool events.
Despite being from the same company as Flower and the Meikas, Xin Hua is a fairly obscure vocaloid. When she was being developed, people thought the new Taiwanese vocaloid was going to be the popular UTAU Xia Yuyao. People were extremely disappointed when she launched and she was extremely hard to understand for both mainland and Taiwanese fans. Her Chinese distributor (Shanghai Wangcheng) was a company made by the same guy who blew Moke's funds after he got fired, but they have allegedly gone bankrupt or at least disbanded. She had a one-off concert with SeeU, but Wangcheng was the one producing the majority of the concerts, so it's unlikely she'll ever be featured at a live event again. Also it says her physicals are now $13800...? which we are assuming is some kind of placeholder price...? The old product page is gone, is this even official, I'm unsure.
A lot has happened to Defoko over the years but despite being the first UTAU she remains fairly niche and unpopular due to her "weird" voice. One of the major things that's happened other than the concert was that she was actually used by a popular producer that created an entirely new genre of music which is still popular today, but that producer ended up deleting everything and asking never to be credited ever again. Since then, she's fallen back into obscurity only becoming somewhat more notable recently as a supporting character to the much more popular Adachi Rei.
I'm guessing most people know at least a little about Piko's misfortunes but he was originally developed alongside SF-A2 Miki when their company dissolved. Miki was adopted by AHS, and Piko went to a subgroup under Sony. When Piko released, he was sometimes accused of plagiarizing her and there were concerns over the restrictive way his Vocaloid was managed which led to a lukewarm reception, especially since Kagamine Append released around the same time. He was the only Japanese V2 not to be updated and the first V2 to be discontinued from sale.
SeeU is currently helping Uni with SynthV but she's here due to the controversies caused by political tensions, her voicer's arrest, her cancelled English vocal, and the fact that her original company refused to grant permission to update or restock her leading to her official discontinuation recently.
