At 49, my approach to fitness looks different. My goal isn't weight loss or trying to be smaller. I’m focused on building muscle, protecting my energy, supporting my running, and strengthening my confidence from the inside out.
With the Princess 10K at Disney World this weekend, I’m thinking about what it means to train for resilience instead of aesthetics. Strength training after 45 isn’t optional! It’s protective for your bones, your metabolism, your longevity, and your self-esteem.
