Delicious Kabab Recipes Anyone Can Make

Описание: Ingredients:
300 gm cabbage
1 large carrot
1 large potato
3 tbsp onion
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
2 green chilies
1 ¼ tbsp fresh mint
3 ½ tbsp fresh coriander
400 gm ground meat
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp shahi garam masala
¾ tsp pepper
3 tbsp ap flour
1 egg

2nd Recipe
½ kg ground meat
1 tsp lime
¾ tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp papaya paste
¼ cup fried onions
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp chili
2 green chilies
4 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp mint
1 tbsp ghee


Instructions:
1. Mix shredded cabbage with grated carrot, potato, chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilies, fresh mint, fresh coriander, and ground meat
2. Salt to taste
3. Add garam masala, pepper, ap flour, and an egg
4. Mix well and create kabab shapes
5. Fry in pan with a little bit of cooking oil
6. Cook for 7-8 minutes on low to medium heat with lid on
7. Ready to enjoy!
