Описание: Max and So-Han sample some Chinese liquor: Zhu Ye Qing Jiu 竹葉清酒 and San She Jiu 三蛇酒. The first is made from fermented sorghum that is distilled and then infused with Chinese medicine and bamboo leaves, giving it a green tint. The second is apparently made with three venomous snakes... Hence the name, three-snake wine. Apparently the Chinese think that snake venom is medicinal, and when it's infused into liquor the alcohol denatures the venom, so, at least it's not deadly. The bamboo wine is stronger, 90 proof, and with a sweeter, more pronounced herbal flavor. The snake wine is smoother, lighter both in color and flavor, and is only 74 proof. It tastes mostly like straight sorghum wine but there is a certain je-ne-sais-quoi to it, which I can only assume, is the taste of 3 poisonous snakes. Clip includes, at no charge, a fable about a hunting falcon and a Futurama joke.
