Cause of record number of bear attacks in North America

Описание: Bear attacks have been on the rise for the past couple years. There have been a record number of grizzly attacks and fatal bear attacks in North America this year. There are four factors that seem to explain the increase, and at the heart of increase in bear attacks is the novel corona virus which has so altered our normal behavior that it has lead to and indirectly causing a record number of bear attacks in the United States and Canada.

Viral videos of grizzly bears charging a woman and National Park ranger in Yellowstone have highlighted the struggles faced by park and wildlife managers in an effort to keep visitors safe and reduce the growing number of bear attacks in the midst of a fight with the covid-19 virus.

This video explores the reason's the pandemic has led to more bear attacks, including fatal attacks, now at a 30 year high.
