The iDE Innovation Lab tests and refines a mushroom cultivation kit for use by farmers in rural Cambodia.
Farmers can use this to grow their own food, helping improve food security, and to sell for income, helping reduce poverty.
Canadian support for this innovation project is through the Paul Polak Innovation Fund and the Manitoba Council for International Cooperation (MCIC).
