Mods Used: Long War, All Nations One Flag, Long War Rank Insignia, Better Blueshirts, Enhanced Tactical Info, Loadout Manager, Realistic Mission Intel, Military Camo, Sequential Overwatch.

I have made a few modifications to the difficulty level in the configuration file, mostly with fatigue/injury/repair timers, panic changes from terror missions, and the amounts of alien materials from crashed UFOs. Most of the changes are slight or minor. The list below details those changes.

At it's heart, XCOM is a demanding squad based tactical game, and it's even more demanding with the Long War mod, so please don't expect to see a fast-paced, reckless play style. Soldier survival is paramount, so game pace will often be dictated by this.

Long War is a fan-made partial conversion mod for the turn-based tactics video game XCOM: Enemy Unknown and its expansion, XCOM: Enemy Within. It was first released in early 2013, and it exited beta at the end of 2015. Almost every aspect of the original game is altered, creating a longer, more complex campaign that presents players with more strategic choices and customization options. Long War adds a significant number of new soldier classes, abilities, weapons, armors, and usable items, and also introduces new features, including soldier fatigue and improvements to alien units over the course of the game.
