This 15 minute Silent Therapy session is designed to help you let go — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Through slow, grounded movement and long supportive holds, this practice gently calms the nervous system and releases stored tension without talking or instruction.
Perfect when you feel overwhelmed, heavy, or in need of quiet reset.
This session begins and ends in Child’s Pose, allowing the body to feel safe, supported, and held throughout.
The practice includes slow spinal movement with breath, deep hip release through Dragon pose, and long yin-style hamstring holds to encourage physical and emotional release.
There are no verbal cues, no breath counting, and no pressure to perform — simply move with me and allow your body to soften in its own time.
This Silent Therapy practice is ideal for:
– calming the nervous system
– releasing stored stress or emotional tension
– days when you feel overstimulated or depleted
– gentle, trauma-aware movement
– evening or end-of-day unwinding
