Consulting firms and universities collect base data that can be purchased at per hour or daily rates.

2) Web-based services:-

Submit GPS data to a service with specified processing criteria, and the data is processed and returned.
3) Base station ownership:-

Purchase and manage two GPS receivers, which is the most flexible way to obtain base data.
