Welcome to Day Two of our 14‑Day Fasting Devotional Series. If you’re fasting with me from 6am to 12 noon, you’re not alone — we are walking this journey together. Today’s focus is on strength, surrender, and seeking God with your whole heart.

Fasting can feel challenging on Day Two, but this is where spiritual clarity begins to rise. These powerful Bible verses will strengthen your spirit, renew your focus, and draw you deeper into God’s presence.

As we prepare to break our fast at 12 noon, I also reflect on how food in Scripture carries meaning — covenant, culture, and connection.
