Green chili | ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ – 2
Red chili powder | ಕೆಂಪು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ – 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder | ಧನಿಯಾ ಪುಡಿ – 1 tsp
Turmeric | ಅರಿಶಿನ – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala | ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲಾ – 1/2 tsp
Spinach 1 cup
Dill leaves 1 cup
Garlic | ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ – 4 cloves
Curry leaves | ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು – 1 sprig
Coriander leaves | ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt | ಉಪ್ಪು – to taste
