NEW Embraer KC-390 of Portuguese Air Force at Lisbon Airport

Описание: Brand new and third Portuguese Air Force Embraer KC-390 Millennium landing and taking off at Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LPPT) with registration tail number 26903 against a stunning backdrop.

The KC-390 is a multi mission military transport aircraft capable of transporting people and cargo, with a large intercontinental range. It can also be used for aerial refueling (AAR), medical transport, search and rescue, and humanitarian support missions, offering high operational effectiveness and flexibility.

In 2019, Portugal acquired five KC-390 aircraft and one simulator. This year (2025), the option to purchase a sixth unit was activated, with aircraft deliveries scheduled at a rate of one per year.

This milestone represents another step in the continuous investment in new and more modern capabilities for the Portuguese Air Force (FAP), significantly contributing to the completion of missions both nationally and internationally.
