1 HOUR of Heavy departures at London Heathrow Airport / RW27R

This time round I decided it was time to see some take offs, as I have not seen them at LHR in a while, this took me to a new filming location, where previous spotters have visited at the Thistle Hotel (Off of Bath Rd) which is easily accessible via public transport from T5. A great location for both 27R departures and 09L arrivals

In this video I have filmed heavies only with one or two exceptions (BA olympic dove - which hasn't got long left in this livery, and a Lufthansa 321). The heavies filmed include all the usuals you'd see depart during a morning/early afternoon including plenty of British Airways 747's, 777's, 767's, A380's and 787's. Includes a good variety of Virgin Atlantic's fleet including A330's, A340's, 747's and 787's. Also includes American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Air Lines, as well as Air Canada, Etihad Airways, Emirates and much more. Also look out for Thai Airways A380 as well as Singapore 50th livery on an A380 :D

Also, some unusual flights, including a BA A380 going to Singapore for maintenance, as well as an additional BA flight on 747-400 to Lagos to pick up stranded passengers from cancelled flight on 31st August.
