With a background in digital product development and experience coaching teams from startups to enterprises, including Siemens, Danfoss, Zooplus, and alike. Thomas brings a real-world approach to topics like customer development, JTBD, and product strategy.

He has mentored founders through Google Launchpad, Xpreneurs, and the Founder Institute, and holds an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Through his work, Thomas helps organizations shift from reactive delivery to outcome-driven collaboration across product, sales, and engineering.
